Workshop Summary: Person Centered Approach to Care
This training focuses on developing person-centered practices by integrating cultural awareness and understanding personal biases. Through interactive discussions and activities, participants will learn the importance of tailoring care to individual needs while respecting diverse backgrounds. The workshop aims to help attendees recognize how their own biases might influence interactions and to develop strategies for creating inclusive environments that honor everyone's unique cultural perspectives.
By the end of the session, participants will be able to define person-centered practices and articulate their significance in effective care.
